## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of direct experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid and active Type C driver’s license (SIM C).
* Flexibility: Must be fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift system.
* Professional Attributes: Exceptional levels of discipline, attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed and work at our production facility in Karawang.
