## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Workshop Head to oversee our maintenance operations, manage our mechanical team, and ensure fleet reliability across our facilities.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Work Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or fleet maintenance environment.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance frameworks, as well as advanced vehicle and equipment troubleshooting.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of mechanics effectively.
* Safety and Administration: Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) regulations and workshop administrative procedures.
* Operational Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, a disciplined work ethic, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to drive and operate trucks while understanding basic operational mechanics.
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed at any of the company’s workshop locations nationwide.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team, ensuring that our heavy transport fleet remains in peak operating condition.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience working as a heavy-duty vehicle mechanic, specifically with Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of diesel engine systems, transmission assemblies, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Capable of performing thorough inspections, diagnosing mechanical failures accurately, and executing routine maintenance and complex repairs.
* Tool Handling: Proficient in utilizing specialized workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and identifying accurate spare parts requirements.
* Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to workplace safety procedures (K3) and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization.
