## Position Overview: Costing Analyst (Management Trainee)
As a Costing Analyst within the Management Trainee program, you will undergo immersive training designed to bridge academic theory with real-world manufacturing operations. You will sit at the crossroads of finance and engineering, calculating product costs, evaluating material expenditures, and supporting high-stakes quotations.
Core Responsibilities and Technical Scope

* Cost Estimation & Calculation: Analyzing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and computing accurate cost components for finished goods.

Academic Background & Experience

* Academic Standing: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00.

Technical Proficiency
* Cost Accounting Foundations: Basic to intermediate understanding of cost accounting principles, encompassing material costs, direct labor, manufacturing overheads, and tooling expenditures.
* Documentation & Blueprints: Familiarity with RFQs, BOMs, and the distinct advantage of being able to interpret technical part drawings.
* Software Mastery: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency—including VLOOKUP, logical IF formulas, Pivot Tables, and complex data analysis formulas—alongside general competency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Enterprise Systems: Prior exposure to or a foundational understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms such as SAP or Oracle serves as a distinct advantage.
