## Supervisory Structure Training Program (MT Mandor 1)
We are officially opening recruitment for the Supervisory Structure Training Program (MT Mandor 1). This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of agricultural leaders, providing comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the plantation sector.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) degree in Forestry or Agriculture with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum 24 years old.
* Marital Status: Must be single.
* Physical Health: Excellent physical condition to meet the demands of field operations.
* Commitment: Willing to undergo a two-year service bond.
* Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of discipline, dynamic energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse work environments.
