## Available Positions and Qualifications
GTV is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles. If you possess the required skills and a drive for excellence in media, we invite you to review the requirements below:
1. Motion Graphic Designer
* Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design or a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software such as C4D, 3D Max, or Blender.
* Creative Aptitude: Strong aesthetic sensibility and a refined eye for design.
2. Production Editor
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Broadcasting, or related majors.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in industry-standard software, including AVID Media Composer, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
3. Art Illustrator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional work experience.
* Technical Skills: Strong capabilities in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
4. Foreman & Property Officer
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 in Visual Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar planning-based disciplines.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in property management or related sectors.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and possess the ability to interpret and create sketches.
5. Unit Production Management
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or Communication Science.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in unit production or event management.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional coordination, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
