We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Manufacturing Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker).
## About the Manufacturing Management Trainee Program
This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our organization. As a trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the end-to-end footwear manufacturing process. This role provides a unique opportunity to rotate through critical business functions, ensuring you develop a holistic understanding of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Cross-Functional Rotation: Engage in rotations across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Business Development.
* Operational Learning: Acquire deep knowledge of footwear production, management strategies, and corporate policies.
* Performance Tracking: Execute daily tasks assigned by senior management while consistently meeting departmental goals.
* Mentorship & Observation: Work alongside experienced professionals to master industry-standard methods and procedures.
* Administrative Support: Assist departments with data entry, reporting, presentation development, and client-facing tasks.
* Project Involvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who are eager to develop a long-term career in the manufacturing sector. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Pemalang and openness to domestic or international business travel for specialized training.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
