## Role and Responsibilities
As a Production Operator (Non-Staff), you will play a critical role in ensuring the consistency and quality of our automotive components. Your daily contributions will directly impact our production standards and operational safety. Key responsibilities include:
* Quality Assurance: Conducting initial product verifications and performing comprehensive outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* Operational Excellence: Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives within your designated work area.
* Environmental Standards: Maintaining rigorous adherence to 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) protocols across the facility.
