Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our continued success, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a relevant field related to Human Capital/Human Resources.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience working as an HR Generalist.
* Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to execute organizational strategies effectively.
* Agility: A rapid learner with an inquisitive mindset, always ready to master new systems and methodologies.
* Leadership: Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team while possessing the leadership skills to mentor and guide staff.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications.
