Program Qualifications
We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and environmentally conscious individuals to join our mission. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree (S1). Preferred fields include Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Environmental Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 for university graduates.
* Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills are essential. A TOEFL/TOEIC score of 500+ is a significant advantage for S1 applicants, as is proficiency in Japanese or Dutch.
* Professional Skills: Candidates must possess excellent public speaking abilities, high communicative energy, and a proven track record of involvement in school or campus organizations.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in any of our operational expansion areas.
