## Role Overview: Recruiter
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our organizational needs and top-tier talent. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire individuals who align with our culture and operational goals.
## Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be essential in maintaining the strength of our workforce. Your primary duties will include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screening and sourcing to final onboarding.
* Talent Assessment: Administering and interpreting psychological tests to ensure the right candidate-to-role fit.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Conducting in-depth interviews using Behavior Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques to assess candidate competencies.
* Reporting: Maintaining accurate daily recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics to keep leadership informed of staffing progress.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a professional recruitment function.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in administering and scoring standard psychological assessment tools.
4. Work Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) at our West Jakarta office.
