## Job Overview: Production Operator
To support our expanding production capabilities, we are currently seeking 12 highly motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers within a stable, world-class manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily manufacturing tasks, including:
* Machine Operation: Managing complex equipment related to packaging, mixing, and the blowing/filling of PET bottles.
* Material Preparation: Organizing and readying Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to meet strict production schedules.
* Quality Oversight: Monitoring production lines to ensure continuous, uninterrupted workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
* Maintenance: Performing essential preventative maintenance on production machinery to maximize efficiency.
* Documentation: Generating accurate, timely, and detailed production reports at the conclusion of every shift.
## Requirements for Prospective Candidates
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and professional discipline required to excel in our fast-paced facility. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience as a machine operator within the beverage manufacturing sector.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of PET bottling production machinery.
* Professionalism: Must demonstrate strong accountability, high discipline, and a proactive work ethic.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to work at our facility located in Ciawi, Bogor Regency.
