This year, we are expanding our reach beyond Indonesia to welcome talented students from Thailand and the Philippines. This program offers an immersive look into Hyundai as both a leading global company and a transformative brand.
## Internship Structure and Scope
The 2024 Global Internship Program provides a unique, hands-on experience in a professional, multicultural environment. Selected participants will gain invaluable insights into how a global mobility giant operates on a daily basis.
Program Timeline
* International Segment: The core internship will span four weeks, from July 1, 2024, to July 26, 2024, hosted at the Hyundai Motor Company Global Headquarters in South Korea.
* Local Segment (Indonesia): Students based in Indonesia will participate in an additional two-week internship at our offices in Jakarta.
Key Functional Areas
Interns will be assigned to specific business departments to gain practical expertise. Opportunities include:
* Marketing & Sales: Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.

## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated, high-potential individuals ready to contribute to our mission. To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Status: Currently enrolled as an active bachelor’s degree student (minimum 6th semester) and have not yet graduated.
2. Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in English, both written and oral.
3. Extracurricular Excellence: Strong preference for candidates with significant organizational experience or notable academic/non-academic achievements.
4. Full-Time Commitment: Ability to commit fully to the designated four-week international internship period.
5. Essay Submission: Completion of an original essay (750–1,000 words) detailing your personal motivations and long-term career goals in relation to the Hyundai Global Internship Program.
