## Available Positions at PT. Indoseiki Metalutama
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles at our facility in the Jatake Industrial Area, Tangerang.
1. Manufacturing General Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. Deep expertise in production management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 10 years in maintenance roles within automotive manufacturing.
* Skills: Proficient in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Proven ability to lead technician teams and develop comprehensive machine maintenance schedules with a focus on target-driven results.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Skills: Competency in technical drawing and CAD software (proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a significant advantage). Understanding of production machine maintenance and process improvement.
4. IoT Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering.
* Skills: Strong grasp of IoT concepts, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, etc.), and network architecture. Ability to integrate sensors and design monitoring systems. Prior experience with IoT projects is a plus.
5. Security Personnel
* Education: High school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) equivalent.
* Experience: Prior experience in security is preferred; possession of a professional security certification (Satpam) is highly advantageous.
* Requirements: Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in a shift-based system.
6. Inventory Audit Admin
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in administration or inventory management is preferred.
* Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems or specialized inventory software. Must be highly detail-oriented and reliable in stock reporting.
