## Current Openings: Management Trainee Program
We are currently seeking ambitious candidates for our Management Trainee (MT) program. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the high operational standards of our stores.
1. Management Trainee (MT) – Solo, Central Java
This position is ideal for candidates residing in the Solo area who are ready to lead store operations with a focus on service excellence.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or Tourism, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the F&B sector is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Status: Must be unmarried.
* Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
2. Management Trainee (MT) – Bireuen, Aceh
We are looking for motivated individuals in Bireuen to oversee daily operations and uphold our brand standards in the local community.
* Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/Sederajat) or equivalent.
* Status: Must be unmarried.
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 165 cm for men and 160 cm for women.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Availability: Must be flexible with scheduling, including shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
