## Management Trainee Program Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for the Management Trainee Program for our Semarang location. This role is designed to develop future leaders who can manage operations, drive store performance, and uphold the high standards of the J.CO brand.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Tourism or Hospitality, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred; however, highly motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm for men and 160 cm for women.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
