## Open Positions at JAS Airport Services
We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the following roles. All positions require candidates who are comfortable working in shifts and are prepared to be based at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
1. GSE/Load Master
The Load Master plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft ramp activities.
* Supervise all ramp activities during the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage.
* Ensure all containers are placed and secured in the aircraft according to the Loading Instruction Report (LIR) and Weight & Balance Manual.
* Inspect cargo holds, door sills, and locking mechanisms to maintain rigorous safety standards.
* Maintain seamless communication with GSE Operators, Porters, and Flight Crews.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Effective English communication skills.
* Possession of a valid GSE/BTT license relevant to the equipment operated.
* Strong understanding of apron safety and cargo handling standards.
2. Cargo Import Specialist
This role focuses on the seamless processing of incoming freight, ensuring compliance with international air transport regulations.
* Execute the acceptance and breakdown of import cargo following IATA regulations (DGR, PCR, TCR, LAR).
* Handle specialized cargo, including perishable goods, valuable items, dangerous goods, and live animals.
* Update cargo systems (COSYS and TPS Online) with precision and accuracy.
* Report any irregularities or damage to the appropriate officers immediately.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Active forklift license (FLT) and a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SITA communication systems.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
3. Flight Coordinator
Flight Coordinators serve as the bridge between ground operations and flight planning to ensure safe and efficient departures.
* Collaborate with flight planning departments to optimize routes based on weather, traffic, and fuel efficiency.
* Verify that all aircraft performance calculations, weight, and balance limits are strictly adhered to.
* Coordinate with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and flight crews to ensure operational compliance.
* Maintain accurate documentation and stay informed on changing aviation regulations.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent with at least one year of experience in general aviation.
* Must hold an active Flight Operations Officer (FOO) license.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and planning.
* Ability to facilitate operations effectively with a "can-do" attitude.
