## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellence in both academic performance and personal initiative. To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background:
* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Degrees must be from a reputable university in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Professional Experience:
* Professionals with 2 to 3 years of full-time experience in Forestry, Manufacturing, Engineering, Systems, Data, Automotive, or FMCG sectors are highly encouraged to apply.
* Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are also invited to apply.
* Personal Attributes:
* Proven leadership potential and a self-driven work ethic.
* The versatility to excel both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
## Important Information and Placement
As an integrated manufacturer, our operations span key regions across Indonesia. Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our site locations, including Banjarmasin, Samarinda, or other regional offices as required.
