## Current Opening: Junior Operator
We are currently looking for a dedicated Junior Operator to join our Operations Department based in Cilamaya, Karawang. This role is ideal for those passionate about the energy industry and eager to build a long-term career within a world-class power plant environment.
Core Responsibilities
As a Junior Operator, you will serve on the front lines of our facility, ensuring the safe and efficient generation of electricity. Your primary duties will include:
* Operational Excellence: Safely monitor and operate Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCP) systems.
* Process Management: Execute start-up, shutdown, and precise regulation of plant equipment.
* System Oversight: Conduct routine inspections, maintain accurate operational logs, and report any system abnormalities immediately.
* Technical Interpretation: Utilize P&IDs, logic diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to troubleshoot and manage equipment.
* Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety, environmental protection, and quality control.
* Collaboration: Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear, consistent communication across team members.
* Support Functions: Assist in chemical system monitoring, water treatment processes, and waste management protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an operational capacity, ideally within a power plant or heavy industrial setting. Highly qualified fresh graduates with exceptional technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of CCP operations, water chemistry, and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings like P&IDs.
* Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
