## General Applicant Criteria
Before submitting your candidacy, ensure you meet the fundamental qualifications established by the recruitment committee:
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Male or female, matching the specific physical and operational requirements of the chosen role.
* Demonstrate sound physical and mental health.
* Possess a valid Diploma or Degree certificate alongside an official academic transcript meeting these thresholds:
* Diploma 3 (D3): Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale, with a study program accreditation rating of at least "Very Good (B)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
* Diploma 4 / Bachelor (D4/S1): Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale, with a study program accreditation rating of "Excellent (A)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
* Age limits calculated as of August 20, 2025:
* D3 Graduates: Minimum 20 years old and maximum 27 years old.
* D4/S1 Graduates: Minimum 21 years old and maximum 30 years old.
## Physical and Posture Requirements
Physical readiness remains a critical standard for railway operational safety. Minimum height specifications include:
* D3 Conductor: Male at least 163 cm; Female at least 160 cm (with proportional body weight).
* D3 Assistant Train Dispatcher & D3 Train Driver: Male at least 163 cm (with proportional body weight).
* D3 Track and Bridge Maintenance: Male at least 160 cm (with proportional body weight).
* D3 & D4/S1 Signaling and Telecommunication Maintenance: Male at least 160 cm; Female at least 155 cm (with proportional body weight).
* D4/S1 Rolling Stock Maintenance: Male at least 160 cm (with proportional body weight).
Additional Personal Standards
* Exhibit good behavior with a clean criminal record.
* Male applicants must be free from body piercings.
* Free from tattoos, body modifications, and any history of substance abuse or illegal narcotics.
* Never discharged dishonorably from any institution, government body, or prior employment within the KAI Group and its affiliates.
* Not currently married to an active employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
