1. Project Manager (Code: LRPS040)
* Location: Project Site (DKI Jakarta)
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, management, and execution of projects. You will act as the primary liaison with clients to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards and timelines.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
* Professional certification as an "Ahli Madya" is highly preferred.
* Possession of a Ministry of Transportation (KEMENHUB) certification for railway inspection and maintenance is a significant advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Sales Staff (Code: LRPS112)
* Location: Head Office (Bandung)
* Key Responsibilities: Execute sales strategies for goods and services while managing customer relationships to ensure revenue targets are met.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Competence in preparing RAP (Budget Plan), RAB (Budget Estimates), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
* Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities.
3. Drafter Staff (Code: LRPS070)
* Location: Head Office (Bandung)
* Key Responsibilities: Produce technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawings. You will also manage and archive technical documentation in accordance with corporate standards.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Physics, or Informatics Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
* Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
* In-depth understanding of technical, shop, and as-built drawing standards.
* Ability to review vendor technical documents and provide expert input on design specifications.
