## Current Opening: Warehouse Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the position of Warehouse Staff. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring that our production processes run with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with both company standards and international safety regulations. Specific duties include:
* Inventory Management: Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials by strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular stock opname and cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all material handling and storage practices align with SOP, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
* Team Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general workers, including the delegation of daily tasks.
* Facility Maintenance: Maintain the warehouse area to ensure it remains clean, organized, secure, and fully compliant with workplace standards.
* Reporting: Document all warehouse activities and resolve any stock discrepancies.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments to manage material requirements.
* Performance Metrics: Ensure warehouse operations consistently meet established company targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Female.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is essential.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
* Work Environment: Applicants must be comfortable working in a cold storage environment.
* Location: The position is based in Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java.
