This initiative is meticulously crafted to empower recent graduates with the industry-specific knowledge and practical expertise required to excel in the competitive pharmaceutical landscape. Throughout this intensive two-week program, participants will engage in a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on field training, covering essential topics such as advanced communication strategies, medical representation techniques, and comprehensive pharmaceutical product knowledge.
## Program Qualifications
We are seeking motivated individuals who possess a strong desire to learn and contribute to our success. To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum qualification of a vocational high school (SMK) graduate or current student, with a preference for those with a background in Marketing or Pharmacy.
* Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
* Availability: Candidates must be available for a two-week intensive training program located in Pantok Wetan, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our branch offices throughout Java.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a two-year service agreement.
* Growth Mindset: A genuine commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the healthcare industry.
