Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated professionals who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
2. Age: Between 20 and 28 years old.
3. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; however, at least one year of experience in F&B, retail, or fast food is a significant advantage.
4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
5. Soft Skills: A strong interest in the culinary industry, a resilient work ethic, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
7. Professionalism: High levels of personal discipline, physical and mental fitness, and a team-oriented mindset.
8. Urgency: Ability to join the team immediately upon selection.
