Program Qualifications
To ensure we select the most driven candidates, we look for individuals who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of experience holding a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Animal Husbandry, Livestock Extension, or Animal Welfare.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Health & Wellness: Must be in excellent health as determined by a mandatory company medical check-up. Candidates must have no known allergies to poultry.
* Drive & Passion: A profound interest in the poultry industry and a high level of motivation to excel in poultry breeding operations.
* Commitment: Willingness to commit to a full-time, intensive training program, sign a service bond, and accept placement across any of our Poultry Breeding Division units.
* Leadership Potential: Demonstrable readiness to transition into middle management roles upon successful program completion.
