Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Maximum age of 26 years old with a minimum Associate’s (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a related professional capacity.
* Language Proficiency: A high level of Japanese language proficiency is mandatory, verified by a JLPT certification.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential for daily administrative tasks.
* Soft Skills: Must be a hard worker capable of performing under pressure, possessing excellent communication skills and a positive, professional personality.
* Availability: Ability to join our team as soon as possible.
