## Job Overview: Recruitment Staff
We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Staff member who will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional talent to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviewing and final placement.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and execute structured competency-based interviews.
* Handle recruitment administration, ensuring all data and candidate pipelines are accurately maintained.
* Utilize Microsoft Office—with a strong emphasis on MS Excel—to generate detailed recruitment reports and analytics.
* Collaborate closely with various department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or as an HR Generalist.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of interviewing methodologies, candidate sourcing channels, and HR administrative workflows.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Fluent in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
* Work Location: Willingness to be placed on-site in Mojokerto, East Java.
