1. Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Location: South Jakarta
This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our Head Office. You will be responsible for:
* Managing VAT and Income Tax (PPh) reporting and reconciliation.
* Recording cash inflows (BRV) and outflows (BDV) using the Accurate accounting system.
* Overseeing Petty Cash management and reimbursement processes.
* Processing vendor payments and FPU documentation.
* Handling billing for terminal tenants, including discharge, throughput, and overtime fees.
* Generating weekly cash flow reports and conducting bank reconciliations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Proficiency in journal entries, payment workflows, and tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, Final).
* Strong analytical skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel.
* Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and independent worker.
2. Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan (Shift Work)
Operators are the backbone of our terminal efficiency, ensuring the safe movement of fuel products. Key responsibilities include:
* Executing loading and unloading of products for trucks and vessels according to safety standards.
* Maintaining accurate Daily Inventory Reports.
* Conducting inspections of transportation modes in coordination with product owners.
* Managing terminal equipment, including pumps and infrastructure.
* Actively participating in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs and reporting.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, mining, or oil and gas sectors.
* Local candidates residing in Samarinda are highly preferred.
3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan
We are seeking a safety-conscious leader to maintain our stringent compliance standards. Your duties will include:
* Developing and maintaining OHS (K3) documentation and routine HSE reports for the Pro Trans group.
* Monitoring site conditions against internal policies and government regulations.
* Planning safety procedures and overseeing environmental protection efforts.
* Supervising contractors to ensure total compliance with SOPs, JSA, and Work Permits.
* Identifying workplace hazards and conducting regular equipment inspections.
* Degree (D3/S1) in Public Health (K3 specialization) or related Engineering fields.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar managerial or senior level.
* Strong leadership, communication, and inter-departmental coordination skills.
* Deep knowledge of safety procedures and performance evaluation techniques.
4. Maintenance / Mechanical Technician (Code: Mechanical MTC)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan (Shift Work)
This role focuses on asset integrity and reliability. Responsibilities include:
* Planning and executing periodic maintenance for terminal assets.
* Analyzing technical issues and providing efficient repair solutions.
* Collaborating with HSE and Operations teams to mitigate risks during maintenance activities.
* Coordinating equipment re-calibration and official certifications with relevant authorities.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, mining, or oil and gas facilities.
