Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Acumen:
* Proficient understanding of fundamental production machinery principles (mechanical, electrical, automation).
* Ability to accurately interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process parameters.
* Soft Skills:
* Demonstrated basic leadership capabilities, including guiding helpers and fostering effective teamwork.
* Possess strong discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
