## Professional Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess the relevant academic background and industry expertise to contribute to our high-performance culture. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background:
* Industrial or Chemical Engineering: Required for Safety Patrol, Admin (Palm Kernel Crushing), and Foreman (Texturizing).
* Mechanical Engineering: Required for Head of Maintenance, Technical Staff (Pump House), and Foreman (Refinery/Fractionation).
* Civil Engineering: Required for the Foreman (Project) position.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar role is mandatory.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly preferred to facilitate communication within our global network.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
