## Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital frontline role in ensuring that millions of consumers receive safe, high-quality, and delicious bakery products every single day.
Key Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance: Monitor all manufacturing workflows to guarantee strict adherence to corporate quality benchmarks, hygiene protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP standards.
* Pre-Production Inspection: Thoroughly check raw materials, dough weights, baking pans, fillings, and molds before manufacturing cycles commence.
* Equipment Management: Operate and oversee the optimal functionality of machinery spanning mixing, baking ovens, packaging lines, and metal detectors.
* End-to-End Production: Manage the complete operational lifecycle, ranging from initial dough preparation and baking to the final packaging stages.
* Compliance Checks: Verify the absolute accuracy of production codes, expiration dates, product labels, and final package seals.
* Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date records regarding output yields and key process performance indicators.
* Sanitation Maintenance: Uphold pristine cleanliness across the workspace and perform routine sanitation on all manufacturing equipment.
