As part of our ongoing growth and operational optimization, PT Niramas Utama is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Warehouse Staff member in Bekasi.
Key Responsibilities
The Warehouse Staff role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
* Documentation Verification: Conducting thorough checks on previous day shipping documents, including purchase orders and quantity reconciliation.
* DPH Reconciliation: Cross-referencing quantities between dispatched invoices and the Daily Shipping List (DPH).
* Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Processing completed PODs and managing Goods Issue (GI) cancellations while ensuring all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
* Logistics Administration: Updating delivery dates for unsuccessful Delivery Orders (DO) and managing residual stock reporting based on DPH data.
* Operational Oversight: Reviewing dispatched invoices and remaining stock to ensure inventory integrity.
Professional Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse operations or a related logistics field.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel being mandatory.
4. Software Skills: Previous experience with SAP systems is highly preferred and will be considered a distinct advantage.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication capabilities, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
6. Location: Applicants must be willing to be stationed at our production facility in Bekasi, West Java.
