## Open Position: Formulation Operator (Daily Worker)
PT Nova Chemie Utama is currently seeking a skilled Formulation Operator to support its production and R&D activities. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to precision and safety in a high-stakes pharmaceutical environment.
Core Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar formulation or production role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of formulation and mixing processes, as well as the ability to operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with precision measurement, ingredient weighing, and data logging.
* Regulatory Compliance: Solid foundational knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and workplace Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
