# Empowering Future Leaders: The ofi Future Impact Talent (FIT) Program in Cocoa Manufacturing

Since 1996, our organization has evolved from a modest trading firm into a formidable force in the agricultural sector, bridging the gap between local harvests and global demand. Today, we manage an expansive supply chain, sourcing high-quality cocoa, coffee, palm oil, nutmeg, and pepper from a network of over 400,000 farmers and suppliers across the Indonesian archipelago. As the nation’s largest exporter of Robusta and cocoa products, and a top-tier supplier of Arabica coffee, we hold a significant 15% share of the market. Beyond commerce, we are deeply committed to the prosperity of smallholder farmers, implementing extensive sustainable sourcing programs to bolster crop yields and resilience against climate change. With a workforce of nearly 1,400 permanent employees and over 1,150 seasonal staff, our operations span from North Sumatra to the heart of Java and the eastern reaches of Sulawesi, centered around our state-of-the-art BT Cocoa processing facility in Jakarta.
