We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Operator to join our production facility in South Sumatra. Core Responsibilities
As a Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in the daily efficiency of our refinery. Your primary duties will include:
* Production Oversight: Managing LPG refinery operations to ensure safety compliance and alignment with established production targets.
* Operational Lifecycle Management: Executing refinery start-up and shutdown procedures strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including during emergency situations.
* Field Monitoring: Conducting routine field inspections, maintaining precise log sheets, monitoring equipment health, and identifying and reporting necessary repairs.
* Operational Support: Executing directives from site supervisors to ensure seamless refinery workflows.
* HSE Compliance: Actively implementing and adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) policies while promptly reporting any potential workplace hazards.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications and professional attributes:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably as a DCS Control Room Operator within the Oil and Gas industry.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a strong command of the English language.
* Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work independently, a sharp focus on target achievement, and a high level of personal initiative.
* Personal Attributes: We value candidates who exhibit integrity, perseverance, excellence, and care. You should be honest, authoritative, and possess a proactive work ethic.
* Location Preference: Candidates currently domiciled in or willing to relocate to Palembang, South Sumatra, are highly preferred.
