## Role Overview: Warehouse Staff
As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the meticulous management of spare parts inventory and the seamless flow of goods within our Balikpapan facility. You will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency that our clients have come to expect from the Pancaran Group.
Primary Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Efficiently process the receipt and distribution of spare parts.
* Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date records for every item entering or leaving the warehouse.
* Stock Control: Conduct regular physical stock takes to ensure system accuracy.
* Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding stock availability and inventory status.
## Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic and relevant technical experience. Please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying:
* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, specifically handling spare parts for heavy equipment or trucks.

* Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years old.
