## Warehouse Staff Outbound: Role Overview
We are currently seeking a disciplined and dedicated professional to join our team as a Warehouse Staff Outbound. Based at our Citeureup facility, this position plays a critical role in our logistics chain, ensuring that high-quality construction materials are processed, packed, and dispatched with precision.
Professional Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least one year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems and general workflow management.
* Software Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of integrity, personal discipline, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following operational tasks:
1. System Management: Processing Management Information System (MIS) tasks assigned via mobile applications.
2. Order Fulfillment: Accurate picking of goods from storage and packing items for transport dispatch.
3. Inventory Control: Conducting regular stock opname activities and maintaining organized storage locations.
4. Operational Excellence: Ensuring all items are stored neatly and verifying the quality of goods before they leave the facility.
5. Compliance: Actively managing and upholding Environmental, Quality, and K3 (Health and Safety) standards within the warehouse environment.
