## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Quality Control (QC) Operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our strict manufacturing standards. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around safeguarding product integrity and ensuring that every output meets our rigorous corporate benchmarks.
* Sample Validation: Rigorously inspect and test production output to guarantee that sample qualities match actual manufactured products perfectly, ensuring compliance with established company standards.
* Corrective Formulation: Develop and provide precise corrective formulas whenever initial production samples fall short of the required quality thresholds.
* Compliance Adherence: Execute all operational procedures strictly in accordance with prevailing ISO quality management standards.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for driven candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. To qualify for the QC Operator position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male candidates between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or SMK equivalent).
* Health Requirement: Must be completely free from color blindness.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Quality Control role; prior working experience within a masterbatch manufacturing environment will be considered a significant advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, and fully prepared to work within a dynamic 3-shift operational schedule.
* Skills: Possess strong numerical aptitude, quick problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat.
