## 1. Industrial F&B Maintenance Staff
As an integral part of our technical operations, you will ensure that our outlets run smoothly, safely, and efficiently every single day.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct scheduled inspections and routine maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across all outlets.
* Handle repairs for electrical installations, plumbing networks, air conditioning units, and specialized outlet equipment.
* Execute troubleshooting protocols to swiftly diagnose and resolve technical failures or operational disruptions.
* Oversee the installation of new outlet equipment and manage basic civil engineering tasks related to building maintenance.
* Apply strong analytical skills to pinpoint the root causes of equipment breakdowns and implement lasting, effective solutions.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency maintenance situations to minimize downtime.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience working as a Maintenance Staff member or Technical Specialist.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule.
* Readiness to travel and provide mobile operational support across multiple store locations when required.
