## Management and Supervisory Roles
These positions require strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.
* Mill Manager: Requires a minimum of 4 years of managerial experience and a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related fields. Must excel in troubleshooting and productivity optimization.
* Assistant Roles (Process, Maintenance, Procurement, K3 & Environment): D3 degree holders in relevant technical fields with at least 2 years of experience in their respective specializations. Must hold valid certifications where applicable (e.g., K3).
* KTU (Head of Administration): Requires a D3 degree in Accounting or Economics and 2 years of experience in palm oil mill administration, finance, and reporting.
* Supervisor Laboratory: Requires a D3 in Chemical Engineering or related fields with 2 years of experience in palm oil quality control and extraction analysis.
## Staff and Administrative Positions
These roles focus on maintaining operational efficiency, asset management, and payroll accuracy.
* Staff General Affair: S1 degree (any major) with 1 year of experience in asset management and permit handling.
* Cashier & Payroll: D3/S1 in Economics or related fields with 2 years of experience in finance operations and payroll reporting.
* General Clerk & Admin: High school graduate with 2 years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills.
## Operational and Technical Support
We are seeking hands-on professionals for the following site-based positions. All candidates for these roles must possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in their respective fields, demonstrate high levels of discipline, and maintain excellent physical health.
Technical & Maintenance
* Machinery Experts: Welder, Lathe Operator (Tukang Bubut), Helper Maintenance, and Oilman.
* Equipment Operators: Loaders, Excavators, Loading Ramps, Empty Bunch Press, Sterilizer, Kernel, Clarification, Boiler, Engine Room, Water Treatment Plant, and Incinerator (Tengku Bakar).
Field, Security, and Facility Operations
* Logistics & Field Support: Clerk (Production, Procurement, Maintenance, Weighbridge), Sorting Team Members, Sample Boy, Waste Supervisor, and Dispatch Officer.
* Foreman (Mandor): Sorting, Maintenance, and Process.
* Security: Personnel with active "Diksar" certificates.
* Facility Services: Canteen Head, Canteen Cook, and Office Girl.
* Transportation: General Driver (must hold a valid SIM A).
