## Open Position: Production Helper
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Production Helper. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires a proactive approach to maintaining the high standards of the Wings Food legacy.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Support: Assist in daily production activities while strictly adhering to the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of PT Prakarsa Alam Segar.
* Safety Compliance: Execute production standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a primary focus on workplace health and safety.
* Area Management: Maintain the production line and surrounding workspace to ensure it remains safe, orderly, clean, and well-organized at all times.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Work Ethic: Must be agile, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
* Flexibility: Able to work in a rotating three-shift schedule.
* Availability: Willing to be stationed at our facility in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
