## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill various leadership roles across our sites. Please review the requirements below to see if your expertise matches our needs.
1. Group Leader Finance & Accounting
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Core Skills: Proficient in drafting and analyzing profit and loss statements, managing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, handling financial adjustments, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
* Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Responsibilities: Overseeing procurement cycles for all sites, managing financial administration, and maintaining a database of competent vendors.
2. Group Leader Fuel
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent in Engineering fields (Mining, Environmental, Energy, Civil, Robotics, Automotive, Mechanical, Computing, Informatics, Industrial, Geological, Geodetic, or Electrical Engineering).
* Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Responsibilities: Managing fuel stations and transport trucks, supervising the receipt and distribution of bio-diesel to the production department, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational schedules.
3. Group Leader Warehouse
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Management.
* Core Skills: Expertise in stock recording, inventory methods (FIFO/LIFO), conducting high-accuracy stock opname, and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards is essential.
* Experience: 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics management.
4. Group Leader Industrial Relation
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Core Skills: Must hold an Advocate certification.
* Experience: 2–3 years in industrial relations or human resources.
* Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, overseeing end-to-end recruitment strategies, and managing personnel according to regulatory standards.
5. Group Leader Mine Plan
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in mine planning.
* Responsibilities: Developing annual and quarterly mine designs, analyzing geological models, inspecting site operations, and updating production data to meet organizational targets.
6. Group Leader Production
* Education: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies track).
* Core Skills: Must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mining production.
