## Role Overview: HR Generalist
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient HR Generalist to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our organizational goals align with our human capital strategies, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, including:
* Talent Acquisition: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier talent.
* Payroll & Compensation: Handling payroll administration alongside compensation and benefits packages.
* Performance & Development: Overseeing employee performance management and professional development initiatives.
* Psychological Assessments: Conducting and interpreting psychotests to ensure the right fit for our organizational culture.
* Regulatory Compliance: Managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
* Operational Documentation: Maintaining meticulous HR records and documentation to ensure organizational integrity.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal proficiency:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent capacity.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industry-standard HR best practices.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
* Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
