## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of operational safety and efficiency, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the applied position.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid B2 Driver’s License is mandatory.
* Health: Must not be color blind.
* Location: Willing to be stationed in South Sumatra and surrounding areas.
* Priority: Preference will be given to local residents residing in the mining vicinity, particularly candidates with KTPs from South Sumatra, Muara Enim, or local mining community areas.
