Rohto Indonesia is currently seeking ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our Medical Sales Development Program (MSDP) 2025. This six-month, fast-tracked career initiative is designed for recent graduates who possess a genuine passion for the healthcare sales landscape.
Participants will undergo an intensive blend of professional classroom instruction and practical on-the-job training (OJT), providing the essential skills required to excel as a professional Medical Representative.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate both academic excellence and the drive to succeed in a dynamic environment. To qualify, you should meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Passion: A strong interest in pursuing a career within the healthcare sales function.
* Soft Skills: An energetic personality, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and a proactive desire to learn.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, or Medan.
