## Job Description: Production Foreman Role
As a Production Foreman, you will act as a vital link between floor-level operations and plant management. Your daily responsibilities will directly influence manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.
* Machine Operations: Oversee and guarantee that all production machinery operates smoothly in strict accordance with established standard operating procedures.
* Quality & Output Control: Monitor the entire production process within your assigned zone to ensure both quantitative targets and stringent quality benchmarks are consistently met.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and organized records of all daily production activities.
* Material Management: Coordinate closely with logistics and planning teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials required for seamless manufacturing cycles.
* Process Enhancement: Proactively identify inefficiencies and spearhead improvement initiatives to optimize overall shop floor productivity.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) in Engineering, with a primary focus on Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of general production workflows, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S principles, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high personal integrity, accountability, and strong resilience under pressure.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (with scheduled days off).
* Work Location: Based permanently at the manufacturing plant in Cikarang Timur.
