1. Engineering Process Staff
* Job Scope: Implementing production process enhancements, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, and overseeing utility operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electro Engineering; at least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome); proficiency in IoT, microcontrollers, and PLC; strong analytical skills; placement in Bitung, Tangerang.
2. Internal Audit Section Head
* Job Scope: Leading the full audit lifecycle, evaluating risk management and governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; minimum 5 years of audit experience (manufacturing preferred); holder of Brevet A & B license; strong leadership skills; placement at Head Office, Pluit – North Jakarta.
3. Internal Audit Staff
* Job Scope: Executing internal audit procedures to monitor financial and operational compliance and reporting findings to management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00); Brevet A & B license is mandatory; strong knowledge of financial reports; fresh graduates encouraged; placement at Head Office, Pluit – North Jakarta.
4. IT Infrastructure & Security
* Job Scope: Managing day-to-day IT operations, including network setup, hardware/software maintenance, and security system administration.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in IT/Computer Science; 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure; solid understanding of Cisco/MikroTik products, firewalls, and server management; placement in Bitung, Curug – Tangerang.
5. PPIC Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing production scheduling, inventory control, data analysis, and leading the PPIC team to ensure operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management; 5+ years of experience in production planning; expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel; excellent team leadership skills.
6. Production Manager
* Job Scope: Planning, controlling, and improving production workflows to ensure targets are met while maintaining high quality.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering; 4–5 years of experience in automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing; proven managerial and problem-solving abilities; placement in Curug, Tangerang.
7. Salesman
* Job Scope: Driving sales performance and fostering customer relationships.
