Selected candidates will play a pivotal role in the financial health and administrative efficiency of the company. Key duties for this position include:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, overseeing billing progress, and controlling accounts receivable (A/R).
* Verification and Auditing: Validating payment requests, verifying debt recognition, and conducting thorough bank checks for vendor and customer transactions.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Generating consistent performance reports and assisting in the development of annual branch budgets.
* Asset Management: Monitoring the status, maintenance, and costs associated with public facilities and branch assets.
* Operational Administration: Coordinating branch administrative personnel and overseeing the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
* Workplace Health: Cultivating a professional environment that prioritizes health standards, including facility safety and regular medical check-ups.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this intensive development program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting will be considered at a distinct advantage.
