## About the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP)
The FADP is a specialized six-month development journey designed to sharpen your professional acumen. Participants will gain deep insights into the core management processes that drive the SERA Group, specifically within the domains of finance and administration. This program serves as a launchpad for your career, providing hands-on experience and a strategic understanding of how our branch operations contribute to our overarching corporate success.
## Key Responsibilities in Finance & Administration
As a core member of the finance and administration team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational health of our branches. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, overseeing billing progress, and tracking Accounts Receivable (A/R).
* Payment Verification: Validating payment requests, confirming debt recognition, and conducting thorough bank checks for vendor and customer transactions.
* Performance Reporting: Generating detailed reports on branch performance and assisting in the preparation of annual branch budgets.
* Asset Management: Monitoring the physical condition and maintenance costs of branch assets and public facilities.
* Operational Leadership: Coordinating administrative personnel and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.
* Safety & Compliance: Cultivating a healthy work environment by overseeing facility safety standards and coordinating employee medical check-ups.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for highly motivated professionals who are ready to excel in a dynamic environment. To qualify for the FADP, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting will have a competitive advantage.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to create and analyze financial statements with precision.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, proactive initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed in any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
