## Current Opening: Logistics Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of production support, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and production support tasks, including:
* Operating production machinery while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI).
* Executing basic preventive maintenance tasks, such as visual inspections, lubrication, and minor equipment adjustments.
* Managing the logistics workflow, including the systematic storage, documentation, and tracking of inventory.
* Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to support material handling needs.
* Ensuring high standards of workplace organization by applying 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles.
* Maintaining clean, accurate records for packing, inventory, and tool maintenance.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Backgrounds in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering are highly preferred.
2. Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, or machine maintenance.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer systems (MS Excel) or manual inventory management tools.
4. Certifications: Must hold a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) for operational duties.
5. Operational Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift.
6. Soft Skills: Strong initiative, personal responsibility, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
7. Compliance: Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company SOPs.
