* Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily work plans, manage divisional budgets, and enforce occupational health and safety (HSE) protocols.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agriculture with at least 3 years of experience. Must possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the willingness to be deployed across Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
